DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS?

Yes, we are happy to visit your home prior to quoting to advise and assist on your requirements.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?

No, all quotes are done on a project basis depending on your requirements.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED ADDITIONAL WORK DONE?

During the job you may require additional work, this will be discussed and agreed, any additional costs will be signed for and paid upon completion. Should there not be enough time due to other commitments, the work can be scheduled at a time convenient for both parties.

ARE JOBS DONE IN A SPECIFIC PERIOD OF TIME?

Yes, all jobs quoted will be given a set time period for completion. This however is an estimate as there are times where underlying issues come to light once the job has started, which could cause delays.

HOW DO YOU GET RID OF BUILDING WASTE?

At the time of quotation, building waste disposal is discussed depending on the need. Minimum charge for removal is £150, if a larger project skip removal charges will apply. We are a licenced commercial waste disposer, giving you peace of mind.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF PARKING IS LIMITED?

Should your area require parking permits, we will need permission for parking in order to safely move tools from our vehicle to your property.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER PRE-BUILT FURNITURE?

Should you require furniture, kitchen cupboards or other cupboards to be installed this will be discussed at quotation stage. Depending on whether the items arrive flat packed or assembled. Inspection of goods upon arrival remains the clients responsibility.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

For payment we require materials payment upfront, 50% deposit on the work required and final payment upon completion. Payment is done through a method that suits you, discussed at quotation stage. Cash or BACS.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we have full public liability insurance.
